The Sacraments

A sacrament is an outward and visible sign of God's inward and spiritual grace, instituted by Christ for our sanctification and salvation.

There are seven sacraments in the PNCC:

1. Baptism and Confirmation
2. The Word of God
3. Penance
4. Holy Eucharist
5. Holy Unction
6. Holy Orders
   • Deacon
   • Priest
   • Bishop
7. Matrimony
