Rental Space — Parish Hall

The hall is named after the organizer of the Polish National Catholic Church:  Prime Bishop Francis Hodur.
The hall has a vinyl-tiled concrete floor, a mostly flat suspended ceiling, white Sheet-rocked walls, six large functional windows and a very large custom window within an alcove, all with vertical vinyl blinds.  The hall may be heated or air-conditioned and it may be brightly lighted or completely darkened.
The space can be easily arranged to accommodate a great variety of activities.  There are 22 tables (8-ft. x 2.5-ft.) with folding legs, other tables and 180 folding metal chairs available.  A portable lectern, microphone with ceiling speakers, easels, portable room dividers and some audio-visual equipment are all available for use.
The entire building (including the rest rooms) is fully accessible to those who are physically challenged or disabled.
The parish has a 60-space paved parking lot in the front of the building, which can be lighted.  There is also a grassy area for the parking of another 40 cars available on the back lot of the property, which cannot be lighted.
The kitchen is available for limited use and is a commercial kitchen licensed with the Stratford Health Department.
The hall is currently being rented on Wednesdays from noon until 1 p.m. by a chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous open to adult men and women.
Also on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. by Patricia Lenihan of Lenihan School of Irish Dance (Sept.-June).
And on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. by a men-only chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous.
The hall is not available on Sunday mornings.
